Disconnect access
A Facebook Page or Instagram professional-account administrator can remove KOTS Promo Publisher from the connected business integrations or app settings in Meta. Removing the connection stops future API access, but it may not remove posts, comments, or messages already published on the platform.
Request deletion
Use the KnightsOfTheSkies.com contact form and choose the privacy or website subject that best fits. Include “KOTS Promo Publisher data deletion” in the subject and identify the Facebook Page or Instagram professional account involved. Do not include passwords, access tokens, authentication codes, or other account secrets.
What we delete
After verifying that the requester is authorized for the business asset, we will delete retained app-side message or comment content, scheduled records, platform identifiers, and operational data that can reasonably be associated with the request, except records that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documented publication history.
Timing and confirmation
We will acknowledge a complete request and provide a status or completion response through the contact method supplied in the request. Platform-hosted material is also subject to Meta’s own deletion and retention controls.
